What does full-service property management include at JMZ?
Marketing, tenant screening, leasing and renewals, rent collection, 24/7 maintenance coordination, inspections, accounting and monthly owner reporting, plus optional eviction protection and a Guaranteed Rent Program.
How much does full-service management cost?
The management fee is 10% of monthly rent with a $100 monthly minimum. When JMZ places a new residential tenant, the leasing fee is the first month's rent; there is no leasing fee when a tenant is already in place. Lower rates may apply for large portfolios, multifamily and commercial properties. See full pricing.
How will I know what is happening at my property?
