Your first month's rent and security deposit, along with any other applicable fees, must be paid at the lease signing. Please check the total with our team in advance.
Your move-in date and all relevant inspection information will be provided at the lease signing.
As a JMZ Management tenant, you are responsible for keeping the utility accounts associated with your rental home in good standing. Please change the accounts into your name promptly to avoid being disconnected. If you lose access to your utilities, you will be responsible for all fees associated with restoring access. Notice of Intent to Vacate
The lease you sign at the beginning of your stay specifies the legal move out date. If you are planning on moving by this day and do not wish to renew your lease, please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate. This gives our team time to begin preparing for a new tenant.
