JMZ can provide guidance regarding city requirements and getting the property ready for lease. We will provide professional marketing and can even keep you on as showing agent to ensure you maintain your relationship with the property and the client.
JMZ will provide applicant screening at no additional cost to your client. Once the tenant is placed, we take over the day to day aspects of management, which allows your client to kick back, relax and start enjoying the benefits.
You receive a $333 Thank You fee for each client you refer to JMZ Management.
