The application fee is $65 and is non-refundable. We review every application within 24 to 48 business hours.
How do I hold an apartment?
A deposit of at least $1,000 holds your apartment. It is applied to your security deposit at move-in, but it is non-refundable if you change your mind before moving in.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking inside any of our buildings. If you smoke, it must be outdoors at a distance from the building.
Can I paint my apartment?
No. Every home is freshly painted before move-in, and residents may not repaint.
