Below please find a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding this property.

Tenant puts electricity in their name as it is separately metered. The heat, water, & trash is billed as a shared utility among all tenants. The cost varies between $50 & 90/month depending on the season and usage. The amount could be more or less this is just to give you an idea.Wi-Fi Internet is the tenants responsibility to obtain, control and put in their name.

Typically we do a one-year lease minimum, however, we will do a shorter-term lease upon request at a small premium.

Security Deposit is typically one month rent. However, if your credit is bruised or challenged we may request more. At the same time if your credit is 700 or higher we may allow you to put less down.

We only allow cats. The pet policy is $300 non-refundable deposit and $25/monthly pet fee.

We have a no smoking policy in all of our properties. If you need to smoke it needs to be outside at a distance from the building.

Laundry facilities are located in room in the center of the building and labeled laundry room.

There are laundry cards and you can buy credits. Cycles are approximately $2 a cycle give or take.

At this time we do not have laundry hours. Access to the laundry room is 24/7, 365, but we ask that you be courteous of the other neighbors who reside close to the laundry room and be mindful of the noise your traffic and laundry activities create.

We do not have a parking spot policy. We do however only allow one car per tenant in the parking lot.

No there is a parking lot with plenty of parking in back.

Typically we look for three (3) times rent as our income requirement. If you don’t have this, we are open to a co-signer or a retirement account as an additional income.

We do not have a minimum credit score because each situation is different. Sometimes credit is lower because of student loans, or medical expenses. In an ideal world, we would look for 675 or higher credit score but we understand extenuating circumstances. If credit is lower than our minimum we do offer a credit risk program, which could involve a higher security deposit or a $50/month credit risk fee. So we do have options.

$65 and this is non-refundable

$500 minimum to hold it. This deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind prior to move in, but will be put toward your security deposit upon move-in. This deposit will hold the unit for 2 weeks while you gather the remaining funds for move-in costs. All move-in funds must be paid 10 days prior to move in via certified funds (cashier’s check or money order).

No, every unit is painted prior to move in. We do not allow the units to be painted.

We have a 24-48 business hour turn around policy on all applications.

Yes if the property is returned to its original state it will be returned in full. To ensure this make sure you turn in your move-in checklist. This is your proof of condition.

Yes, there are storage lockers available. They are approximately 3’wide by 4’ tall with shelves.
