- Management fee: 10% of monthly rent. Lower rates may apply for large portfolios, multifamily and commercial properties.
- No management fee while vacant. We are paid out of rent, so we only get paid when you do.
- Leasing fee (residential): the first month's rent, only when we place a new tenant. Properties that come with a tenant already in place pay no leasing fee.
- Commercial leasing: a percentage of the lease amount, based on the lease term.
